Product Description:
The self-developed precision welding system is aimed at the point-to-point, multi-point penetration welding of FPCB and PCB boards in the electronics industry and semiconductor industry, and realizes the completion of tin delivery and welding at one time, without welding deformation and no damage to the bottom layer. To solve some difficulties that traditional reflow soldering cannot solve, it replaces manual soldering iron soldering and automatic soldering iron soldering.
